Its rooms are very well furnished with a comfortable temperature and clean modern fixtures, as example as advertised.

The bed was comfortable.

I didn't find out until I got there that the pool was closed due to maintenance. The manager just referred me to a local gym. I had small children and my sole purpose of booking this location was for the indoor pool. The manager was no help to me, but Hilton Corporate gave me $50 off my next stay.

Beds were comfortable, room and Hotel was clean with a pleasant staff.

Didn't like the fact the pool was closed in such beautiful weather and the Ice machine on the 3Rd floor did not work but we were there to work anyway, so no big deal I guess.

Room and bathroom were clean, plenty of hot water.

At check in I asked the staff person where the pool was located,she told me where it was, but failed to let me know the pool was closed for maintenance. It was 90 degree weather and we had travelled 10 hours with 3 young boys who had been looking forward to swimming.

Friendly service and upgrade of room. Very pleasant attendants in hallway and restaurant. Office staff assisted me with printing need expeditiously whe jump drive did not work in business center. Awesome assistance from young lady and mature lady at the front desk! They printed my speach for a prsentation!

My room was not ready at check in 4pm. Went to eat returned stood in long line and room still wasnt ready. Waited in lobby for another 15 minutes to get room. Did not receive complimentary cookies until I asked. Attendants were nice but it was a long check in for me considerung no one was in line when I arrived. Still had to wait for attendant to get finished with something....not another customer. My checkin took an extremely lonng time but attendants were very pleasant and apologetic.

The pool area was fun but overcrowded with teenagers causing chaos.

I was not satisfied with their stay because there were ants in our room we had to be put in another room and no one ever apologize

The bed was great. I will stay again

The price is to high. A working man should not have to pay these prices.

The hotel also has great amenities for single travelers.

This is a very nice, classy hotel for an excellent rate.

Parking got a little crowded and the location isn't the best, but those were fairly minor.

Friendly service, loved the location, the room was very nice (I've stayed before), the hotel restaurant was amazing!

There were beer bottles under my bed which made me question how clean the room was. And the full size beds were ok but not as comfortable as I would have liked especially when you're sharing 2 to a bed.
